Pricing & payment
- Complete pricing, including mandatory CUE programme fees and any applicable VAT, is confirmed before payment.
- Monthly payment plans are not currently available unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Where applicable, statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Attendance & rescheduling
- Group programmes follow the confirmed timetable. Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds, replacements or extensions.
- One-to-one rescheduling may be considered with sufficient notice and subject to tutor availability.
- Students are responsible for meeting programme requirements, attending sessions and completing agreed development work.
Materials, scope & outcomes
- Programme materials, CUE systems and private platform content may not be copied, resold or commercially redistributed.
- Additional services outside the agreed programme scope may require a separate quotation.
- Participation does not guarantee bookings, releases, representation, audience growth, income or other commercial outcomes.
