Develop Your Craft. Build the Artist Around It.
CUE Artists combines focused skill development with wider artist development. Work directly on your DJing, music production or professional artist project with experienced mentors, while the CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway helps connect that progress to what should come next.
12-week programmes · Small groups or one-to-one mentoring · Direct feedback · Defined outcomes
Four programmes. Different mentors, different focus.
DJ Development & Performance
Develop the technical control, preparation process and performance awareness needed to build a complete DJ set.
Music Production Development
Build the production foundations and repeatable workflow needed to move musical ideas towards complete, structured tracks.
Intermediate & Advanced Music Production
Develop stronger music, clearer creative judgement and a more recognisable production identity through focused development around the tracks you are already creating.
Artist Development & Professional EPK
Build the professional foundation around your music through clearer positioning, stronger professional materials and a complete Professional EPK.
CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway
Your core programme focuses on a specific area. The CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway connects that focused development to the wider artist project — what are you improving, why does it matter, what still requires attention, what should come next.
- Development direction
- Progress review
- Goal and priority setting
- Professional standards
- Next-stage planning
- Wider music-industry awareness
Development should lead somewhere.
Real Work
Work on your own music, performances or artist project — not fictional projects disconnected from what you actually want to develop.
Focused Mentoring
Small-group and one-to-one formats create more space for direct participation, observation and feedback.
Direct Feedback
Understand not only what requires attention, but why.
Defined Outcomes
Every programme works towards specific development outcomes you can review and continue building after the programme ends.
Wider Artist Development
The CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway connects specialist development to wider priorities and next-stage direction.
Greater Independence
The objective is to help you become better at evaluating your own work and making informed decisions independently.
Malta-based programmes take place at INSYNK Spaces.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You should be prepared to practise between sessions, apply feedback, ask questions, review your own work critically, experiment and remain consistent.
We expect commitment — you should too.
CUE Artists provides structured development, direct feedback, experienced guidance, practical frameworks, professional standards and clear next-stage direction. Where possible, we want you to understand why a decision works.
