Connect Your Programme to the Wider Artist Project.
A DJ programme can improve your performance. A production programme can improve your music. Artist-development mentoring can improve how your project is positioned and presented. But these areas do not exist completely on their own — the CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway is the wider development layer surrounding eligible CUE Artists programmes.
Develop the skill. Understand where it fits. Know what comes next.
Wider direction around specialist development.
Your mentor focuses on the main area of your programme. The Pathway helps connect that work to the wider project. Depending on your stage, this may include:
Development priorities
Progress review
Professional standards
Goal setting
Next-stage planning
Wider music-industry awareness
Connection between technical development and your artist project
Relevant CUE development resources
Future development pathways where available
The objective is not to give every artist the same roadmap. It is to help you make more informed decisions about your own.
One programme. A wider development direction.
Work the Core Area
DJ performance, production, creative decision-making or professional artist development — with your mentor.
See the Bigger Picture
Stronger productions may change release priorities. Better DJ skills may change performance-readiness goals.
Understand Progress
What has improved, and which areas may still require attention.
Leave With Clarity
Clearer priorities for what should happen next.
Two environments. One wider perspective.
Malta offers a smaller and closely connected electronic music environment where practical experience and direct relationships can play an important role. The Netherlands operates within a larger and highly established electronic music environment with broader infrastructure around artists, venues, promoters, labels and festivals.
The aim is not to make one scene copy the other. It is to learn from different environments and help artists think beyond the limits of one immediate scene.
Built around the CUE development process.
Eligible programmes may also include access to the CUE Artist Platform, a private development environment created specifically around CUE Artists. It is designed to keep selected programme work, development direction and artist materials connected throughout your time with CUE. Access and available features depend on your programme and development stage.
Built for CUE artists. Designed around the work.
They serve different purposes.
The CUE Artist Pathway provides wider direction around your specialist programme. The Artist Development & Professional EPK programme goes deeper — dedicated one-to-one development across artist positioning, professional biography, artist story, visual direction, professional EPK, online presentation, professional communication, booking readiness and career priorities.
If deeper artist-development work is needed, CUE may recommend the dedicated Artist Development & Professional EPK programme.

Guidance and structure — not guarantees.
CUE Artists can provide structure, guidance, feedback and clearer development priorities. It cannot guarantee bookings, releases, label signings, representation, audience growth, income, press coverage or industry opportunities.
The purpose of the Pathway is to help you become better prepared across the areas you can develop: your skills, your preparation, your judgement, your communication, your consistency, your professional approach.
