Develop the technical control, preparation and performance awareness needed to build a complete DJ set. This 12-week beginner pathway is designed for students who are new to DJing or still developing consistent technical control.
You’ll work in a small cohort of exactly three students at INSYNK Spaces in Malta, on a professional AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X and DJM-A9 setup, combining mentor demonstration, structured individual booth time, observation and direct feedback with Phynyks.
Beginner may suit you if: beatmatching is still inconsistent, phrasing is unclear, or you haven’t yet prepared a complete structured DJ set. If you already mix consistently, the Intermediate DJ Development pathway may be the better fit.
Every DJ Development programme includes participation in the CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway — connecting your technical progress to the wider artist project through development direction, progress review and next-stage planning.
