Develop the technical control, preparation and performance awareness needed to build a complete DJ set. This 12-week intermediate pathway is designed for DJs who already understand the fundamentals and want to develop stronger performance decisions.
You’ll work in a small cohort of exactly three students at INSYNK Spaces in Malta, on a professional AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X and DJM-A9 setup, with Phynyks.
Intermediate may suit you if: you can already mix consistently and want stronger transitions, energy control, adaptability and set development. If your beatmatching and phrasing are still inconsistent, the Beginner DJ Development pathway may be the better starting point.
Every DJ Development programme includes participation in the CUE Malta–Netherlands Artist Pathway — connecting your technical progress to the wider artist project through development direction, progress review and next-stage planning.

THE DEVELOPMENT
MOVE FROM TECHNICAL CONTROL TO STRONGER PERFORMANCE DECISIONS.
At Intermediate level, the focus shifts from understanding the fundamentals to applying them with greater control and intention.
Throughout the programme, you will develop stronger awareness around flow, energy, transitions, adaptability and how individual decisions shape the complete set.
